Welcome to the Romantic Friday Writing Challenge, started and hosted by L'Aussie Denise , where participants share their own 400-600-word text on a given theme. This week's theme for Friday, 2nd December, Challenge No. 26, is the image of the snowy, wintery, vaguely Christmas-like, cottage-in-the-forest-landscape ' Blue Christmas ' at the head of this post. My text is written directly for this REW-challenge. Here are L'Aussie Denise' instructions: From now on I'll be running RFWer alone. It's a huge task, yet lots of fun. However, looking at the long-term, I feel weekly posts are too much for me to sustain if I want to achieve other writing goals.
