Monday review of new pieces of jewellery

Image
Should I list these new pieces? (I'm linking up with Mellow Yellow Monday #90 , Smiling Sally's Blue Monday and The Work of the Poet's Ruby Tuesday .) These are stretch bracelets in the ususal fall colours, yellow-orange-red. You can were several on your wrist or... Or just one together with a watch or alone. This first patteren has a lot of different coloured glass beads in it. But I am also working on simpler patterns with one predominate colour, such as this yellow stretch bracelet: Another innovation is that I am stringing two sizes of glass seed beads (size 6 & size 8) to get a more varied texture in even one-coloured designs such as this entirely cobalt blue stretch bracelet: The most important fall colour this year is purple. Here are some stretch bracelets in colours that range between red and blue : And as with the yellow - orange - red bracelets, you can wear several or just the one: You have seen my latest 'skinny' stretch bracelets that I have ...

Ruby Tuesday - A red necklace has found a good home!

This warm red necklace 'Rose hips' was sold to a person whom I greatly admire, Mrs. Jenny Matlock of Off My Tangent and host for such great memes as Alphabe-Thursday , Story-Time Tuesday and Saturday Centus . She even wore it for her new blog profil photo! (Go to her site profil and you will see that she is wearing my necklace! ) That made me very, very happy, Jenny! Thank you so much! I have relisted the red necklace with a different clasp, as well as a matching bracelet : Thank you for visiting! Ruby Tuesday - New Red Jewellery

Image
Today is Tuesday. I haven't participated in Ruby Tuesday for several months, so it is fun to present some new pieces of jewellery with touches of red! I've made three stretch-bracelets with warm reds and orange-coloured glass beads. This first bracelet is pretty simple: Nine 20mm cat's eye coins with small round orange Czech glass beads as spacers. My next stretch-bracelet is a happy-go-lucky mix of firey yellows and red-orange glass beads. And finally, with my third bracelet made with true ruby-red glass beads, I can participate in the Ruby Tuesday meme. Thank you for visiting! Ruby Tuesday - Sorry no rose hip-inspired jewellery today!

Image
I haven't had time to do more rose hip bracelets and I don't want to show the matchng earrings yet. But I will show them as soon as they are ready. For Ruby Tuesday, I would like to show different kinds of red, mostly glass beads. Some of them may reappear later as finished pieces. Happy Ruby Tuesday! Anna Look at more Ruby Tuesday posts here .
